Keeping an asset’s last scheduled information up to date in Gearbelt ensures your maintenance and inspections stay on track. It helps prevent missed checks, keeps your records accurate, and makes it easy to see when an asset was last inspected

To update assets last schedule information, follow these steps:

1 . Go into the 'Assets' section under 'Admin' in the left-hand side navigation menu. From there, select the relevant asset in the register

2. Once you've selected the relevant asset, switch to the 'Servicing' tab at the top. From there, you can update any of the data recorded - the asset servicing schedule, last service date, last service reading and last service type

3. Select the green 'Save' button to save your changes
