In Gearbelt, you can assign Work Orders to mechanics for tasks like repairs or maintenance. They’ll access the Work Order in the Gearbelt Web App, complete the job, and submit the linked form - keeping everything recorded and traceable in one place.

To submit a work order, follow these steps:

1. Click the link to the Gearbelt Operator Web app

2. Select the 'Work Order' option. Note: you will need to have assigned work orders to continue

3. You can then select the relevant work order you'd like to tackle

4. You'll then be able to see all the recorded faults and service for this work order. Select the item you'd like to start completing

5. This will then open a new repair or schedule form, with the asset and project already pre-filled based on the item selected

6. Fill out the form and select 'Submit' to complete it

7. Repeat the process for all the items listed in the work order
