You can now bulk invite users to your workspace directly from the web dashboard by uploading a CSV file - making it faster and easier to onboard multiple team members at once.
This feature is perfect when setting up a new project or team folder, and eliminates the need to enter email addresses manually one by one
To bulk add users to a folder, follow these steps:
1. Go to your folder (Project, Team, or Home)
2. Click the 'Bulk Invite Users' button
3. In the pop-up modal, upload your CSV file with the email addresses you'd like to invite
A sample CSV template is available in the modal to help you format your file correctly
4. If any invalid emails are detected, you’ll be able to export a CSV listing those errors
Once your file is valid, click 'Confirm' to send invites
Invited users will appear as Pending until they accept their invitation
You can invite users as either Contributors or Visitors, depending on the folder type and permissions needed, just navigate between the different User Types tabs
