My Actions lets you assign tasks to others - or be assigned tasks yourself - within your Dashpivot workspace(s). You can create actions either through Action fields in your templates or directly from the My Actions section.
On the Dashpivot app, when actions have been assigned to you, you'll see a red bubble with a number attached to your profile picture:
To view, create and close-out actions via the Dashpivot app, follow these steps:
1. Click on your profile picture to access your Dashpivot profile
2. Select 'My Actions' to access this section
3. There are two tabs in the 'My Actions' section, one for actions assigned to you and one for actions assigned by you. Select 'Assigned to you' to view your assigned actions
4. You can then scroll through your assigned actions, and select the one you wish to tackle. On the thumbnails, you'll see the Action number, a description of the action, its expiry date and priority level
5. Select the relevant action to open it
6. From there, you can add a comment and photo to close-out the task
7. Select 'Sign to Approve' to submit
8. This will lock the Action and notify the action issuer on their end that the action has been completed
9. The completed action will then appear under the 'Completed' section to find easily
