Click the bell icon at the top of a workflow column and select who'll receive an email notification when a form moves into that column. The bell icon will turn blue to signal it's active.
You can set up notifications for more than one column
The notifications will be sent even if the form moves backward into the column
Click the bell again to unsubscribe and the bell should turn grey again.
You can select multiple people to get notified in each column
Click the 'x' to remove someone from being notified.
Team Member permissions do not allow you to set up workflow notifications for others
You can choose to notify a specific person/people from the Users list or choose from the Variables options:
Creator: Notify the creator of the form
All Contributors: Notify all Dashpivot users that have been added as a contributor (your internal staff/workers)
All Visitors: Notify all Dashpivot users that have been added as a visitor (your external staff/workers)

Workflow notifications are unique to each team, even if the same template is used on multiple projects
Workflow notifications can only be set for Dashpivot Contributors and Visitors. Sitemate users cannot receive workflow notifications
