Each time you take a photo using the Dashpivot app, you have the opportunity to mark it up using your finger, and draw/annotate the image.

This is handy when you want to highlight something on the photo, for example by drawing a circle, line or arrow.

This visual information compliments the other data linked to the photo eg. description, tags, date and time, GPS location and photo uploader.

How to markup your photos:

  1. After you've captured your photo(s), click 'Next'

  2. Click the pencil icon on the photo captured

  3. Markup your photo with your finger

  4. When finished, click 'Done' to save your changes

Notes

  • Both photos taken with the Dashpivot camera or the device's native camera can be marked up

  • Videos cannot be marked up

  • It's not possible to change the markup on the photo after the photo has uploaded
