When someone enters an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link into the Sitemate app, they will gain access to submit multiple forms for the template(s) associated with that link, and become a Sitemate Paid User which is a paid user type.

Sitemate Paid Users do not have access to log into Dashpivot, instead they submit forms via the Sitemate app into Dashpivot. Since they don't have a Dashpivot login, they cannot view any forms submitted by themselves or anyone else, or make changes to forms after they are submitted.

Adding Sitemate Paid Users

Unlike other types of Dashpivot permission types, which are added via an email invite, Sitemate Paid Users automatically appear once they click an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link (or scan a Sitemate Link QR poster) to access associated templates in their Sitemate app and submit them.

For example, you might create an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link that contains 3 templates; a Vehicle Pre-start, Checklist and Timesheet. When someone clicks this link, all 3 templates will become accessible in their Sitemate app. When this happens, they will appear automatically as a Sitemate Paid User in the same folder where the Sitemate Link was created.

Note: clicking on a Single Submission Sitemate Link will also add the associated template(s) into a user's Sitemate app, but each template will disappear once they submit one form (per template). These users will not show up as 'Sitemate Paid Users' since their access is limited to submitted 1 form per template only.

Removing Sitemate Paid Users

Simply click the red 'Delete' icon next to the person's name to remove their access to all templates related to one (or more) Sitemate Links. The templates in their Sitemate app will disappear when this happens, so if they need to regain access they will need to click (or scan) the Sitemate Link again.

  • If removed in a team folder, access will be removed from templates related to links in that team folder only.

  • If removed in a project folder, access will be removed from all templates related to all links within each team folder in that project folder.

  • If removed in your Home folder, access will be removed from all templates related to all links in all team folders in all project folders.

Since Sitemate Paid Users are a paid user type, to remove someone completely from all access, you must do so from the Home Folder.

Note: when an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link is archived, this will also remove the associated templates from the Sitemate Paid User's Sitemate app.
