This feature gives you control over who can sign off approval signatures based on their user type, permission level and creator status. This logic can be applied on any approval signature field, meaning you can mix and match the logic as needed, with full customisation.

For example, you could set the logic so that Team Controllers can sign off the first signature, but Team Members are restricted. But then if you are the form creator, you are allowed to reset the signatures and send the form back a step in the workflow.

Note: this feature is available for customers on Dashpivot Pro and Enterprise plans only.

We're excited to announce this long awaited enhancement that allows the Dashpivot app to continue uploading data in the background. So even if you leave the app or lock your phone, instead of pausing the upload process, your photos and forms will continue to upload behind the scenes. This should streamline usage for anyone working in the field, allowing you to move onto your next task rather than wait for an upload to finish.

Background uploading is live and working in both the Dashpivot app and Sitemate app. Make sure you update the app regularly to get the latest improvements and fixes.

Note: background uploading does not work if you shutdown the app completely.

You can now control which fields will have their content copied across when the form is cloned. This is helpful if you'd like to limit what information your team can clone, and what needs to be filled out every time a form is created.

This should ultimately improve the quality of data being recorded in Dashpivot, as it can prevent anyone from mindlessly cloning forms and leaving out critical details.

Note: this setting does not apply to page breaks or signatures (for compliance reasons)

You can now archive your templates when they're no longer required, to keep your workspace clean. You can still access forms and data for templates which have been archived by toggling to the archive view, but these templates are kept out of view so your day-to-day workflow remains streamlined and clutter-free.

Workflow notifications can now be configured to notify the 'Form creator' at any stage of your workflow. This is variable, so if 'Form creator' is selected, Jane will receive an email notification if she created the form, and Bob will receive an email notification if he created it. This is especially useful in cases where the person who initially raises an issue can be the person who is notified once the process is closed out.

This feature will allows data from tables in Dashpivot forms to be automatically populated as line items in an invoice in Xero. This would replace any manual work transferring data from dockets, job sheets or timesheets from Dashpivot into Xero invoices.

You can send the following data to a Xero invoice: description, quantity, amount and account code. Multiple rows in the table in your Dashpivot form will appear as multiple line items in the Xero Invoice.

Note: we have enhancements coming soon to support creating a single invoice from data in multiple Dashpivot forms, or multiple tables in a single Dashpivot form.

We've released the Power BI integration interface in Flowsite, which allows you to setup and configure the integration without developer support. So if you're planning to pull forms data from multiple Dashpivot templates and push it into Power BI, you can achieve this in a matter of minutes.
