Forms in Dashpivot have the ability to be amended but this depends on whether the template is a Timeline/Workflow, and the permissions of the user making the edits.

For Timeline Templates:

Forms can be amended by anyone who has access to the folder it's created in.

To edit a form on Dashpivot Web, simply navigate to the team folder the form is located in > click the Templates tab > select the template > open up the relevant form.

From here, you'll be able to make adjustments directly to the fields on the form. Click Save (top right-hand side) to save your edits.

Note: Any changes made can be tracked through the Show Activity field.

For Workflow Templates:

Workflow templates operate slightly differently in terms of being able to edit them. Unlocked cells can be freely edited, similar to the Timeline template.

However, if the form has been signed, this will lock the preceding information, only allowing you to edit/add information below that signature line.

Note: Some permission types allow for resetting/unlocking signatures on the form to make edits. Learn more about custom logic for approval signatures.
