Users are able to access the same form and make adjustments at the same time. However, a current limitation of the system is that this could lead to potential data loss if multiple users are making updates & saving their changes, simultaneously.

If there are forms that a few users will be required to make edits, perhaps discuss internally what times everyone will access the form & ensure they save/exit when finished. That way, it helps to minimise any data being overwritten.
