๐ท Single Person Field
We're excited to announce we've released the long awaited 'Person field' which allows you to select one user who have access to that folder, when filling out a form. For example, selecting a supervisor, inspector, person responsible, attendee, etc.
โ Creating Workspaces
Customers on the Pro plan or above can now create additional Dashpivot workspaces, each with their own name, logo and branding - which may be useful if you have different businesses, departments, legal entities, or scenarios where your company is pushing the limits of the folder structure in a single workspace.
Only users with Organisation Controller permissions are able to create additional workspaces.
Note: You wont be double charged for users who have access to multiple workspaces, but do need to be on the Pro plan to use setup multiple workspaces. If unsure about the best workspace configuration for your company, please reach out to support for guidance.
๐ Sitemate Start Account ID
It's now possible to see your Sitemate Start Account Name and ID in the Home Folder > Settings > General tab. Each Sitemate Start Account has its own billing and subscription settings - if you have multiple workspaces paid together, the Sitemate Start Account IDs should match.
ใ๏ธ PDF Export Language Support
We now support 'Thai' characters in PDF downloads, extending the list of supported languages in Dashpivot. This applies to all areas where PDFs are generated (downloading individual forms as PDF, downloading the forms register view, or sending a PDF to someone).
๐ Approval Signature Logic Improvements
You can now build more advanced approval signature logic to more precisely control who can/can't sign forms for approval, by using 'AND' and 'OR' conditions. This unlocks a wider range of possibilities when it comes to controlling your workflows in Dashpivot, and ensuring your teams are compliant with company process.
Flowsite Updates
๐ Sharepoint Integration (Coming Soon)
The Flowsite team have kicked off work on a Dashpivot<>SharePoint Integration, which will allow you to automatically store a PDF copy of your Dashpivot forms inside Sharepoint once they're complete. Please get in touch if interested.
