Understand ePRO record statuses

An ePRO record can go through several statuses that reflect its current stage. Below are the definitions of each status:

  • Scheduled
    The ePRO record has been generated but is set to be sent at a later time.

  • Created
    The record has been generated, the scheduled send date has passed, but the ePRO hasn’t been sent yet.
    It is ready but still awaiting delivery and completion.

  • Sent
    The ePRO has been sent to the subject, either immediately or after the scheduled date.
    The record is now waiting to be completed.

  • Uncompleted
    The subject opened the ePRO and began answering, but didn’t finish.
    The record remains incomplete.

  • Completed
    The ePRO has been fully completed, either by the subject or the investigator.

  • Archived
    The ePRO record is no longer active and has been archived.
    Archived records are excluded from exports and general dashboards.
