The ePRO records dashboard lists every ePRO record in your study in a single table. Use it to find a specific record, or to get a view of where completion stands across your subjects.
đ Prerequisite: ePRO Records List (Access)
What each column means
Column | What it shows |
Subject ID | The subject's unique code for this study. This anonymized ID is the same across every module of the application. |
ePRO Name | The ePRO form attached to the record. |
Status | Where the record stands. See Understand ePRO record statuses. |
Send date | The date the ePRO was sent. For a scheduled record, this is a future date. For a record generated without being sent, it is the creation date. |
Completion date | The last date the ePRO was completed. |
Questions | Completed questions against the total number of visible questions, which depends on the conditional logic of that record. |
Occurrence | For a form set up with several occurrences, the occurrence number of this record. |
Center | The center the subject belongs to. |
Source | How the record was created: Manual or Automation. |
đĄ Tip: the Questions count only includes questions the subject actually sees. Two records of the same form can show different totals if conditional logic hid different questions.
Filter the list
Eight filters are available, and they combine:
Status
Centers
ePRO Form Name
Send Date, with equal to, before, after or between
Completion Date, with equal to, before, after or between
Occurrence, with equal to, before, after or between
Subject ID
Rando ID
đĄ Tip: you can arrive on this dashboard already filtered. From the ePRO forms page or the ePRO compliance page, use the shortcuts to open the records list pre-filtered on one form or one subject.
Read the totals at a glance
The banner at the top of the dashboard shows the total number of records, broken down by status. It recalculates as soon as you apply a filter, so it always reflects the list you are looking at rather than the whole study.
