Navigate and understand the ePRO record dashboard

Updated over 2 months ago

The ePRO record dashboard provides a centralized view of all ePRO records in your study, presenting key information in a single table. This unified view allows users to efficiently manage records and quickly find the information they need with just a click. Additionally, quick navigation tips from other pages enhance usability.

Dashboard records information:

The Global Dashboard displays the following details for each ePRO record:

  • Subject ID : The subject’s unique code for this study. This anonymized ID is consistent across all modules of the application.

  • ePRO Name : The ePRO Form attached to the record.

  • Status : The current status of the ePRO record. See the related article.

  • Send date : The date the ePRO was sent. If the ePRO is scheduled, the send date reflects a future date. If the ePRO was generated without being sent, the send date corresponds to the creation date.

  • Completion date : The last date the ePRO was completed.

  • Questions : The number of completed questions versus the total number of visible questions (based on conditional logic).

  • Occurrence : If the ePRO form is configured for multiple occurrences and multiple records have been sent, this field shows the occurrence count for each record.

  • Center : The center to which the subject is associated.

  • Source : The method used to create the ePRO record. Possible sources are “Manual” or “Automation”

Dashboard records filters and KPI banner:

The Global Dashboard offers flexible filtering options to refine your view and focus on specific records. Available filters include:

  • Status

  • Centers

  • ePRO Form Name

  • Send Date (equal to, before, after, or between)

  • Completion Date (equal to, before, after, or between)

  • Occurrence (equal to, before, after, or between)

  • Subject ID

  • Rando ID

A dynamic banner at the top of the dashboard provides real-time insights:

  • Any applied filter automatically updates the ePRO record count.

  • The banner displays the total number of ePRO records segmented by status.

You can quickly navigate and apply auto-filters to the ePRO Records Dashboard directly from the ePRO Forms page or the ePRO Completion page.
