What is included in the export

The export contains multiple sheets with detailed data:

  • ePRO list: All published ePRO forms in the study, with global and per-form compliance rates.

  • ePRO compliance: Per-subject breakdown of ePRO completion.

  • ePRO record list: A full list of all ePRO records, as shown in the Records dashboard.

  • (n) ePRO records: One sheet per published ePRO form, with one row per record and one column per question.

  • (n) Option value: A reference table showing how option labels map to values for choice-based questions.

πŸ’‘ Good to know:
Each sheet in the export file is numbered based on the order of your ePRO forms (e.g., ePRO 1, ePRO 2, etc.).

  1. Exporting ePRO data requires specific permissions managed under Role Management.

  2. In the export file:

    • Empty cells = unanswered questions.

    • .hidden = questions not visible for that record due to conditional logic.
