How to start a Video Call with a participant ?

Do you need to call your subjects for a video call?

Datacapt has made it easy!

Navigate to "Subject" page
Search for the subject you want to call
Open the subject’s personal page
Click the "Live Video" button in the top-right corner
A pop-up appears
- Edit the text body the way you like
- Click "submit"
The live video page will open, waiting for the subject to connect.
The subject must :
- Click the link.,
- Accept camera and microphone access.
Once the subject connects, you’ll see a notification: "Subject is available".
Click "Start Meeting Now" to begin.

When the call is finished, either you or the subject must select "Leave Meeting".
You’ll see "Subject is unavailable".
Exit the call.
