You can hold a video call with a subject from inside Datacapt, without any separate tool or installation on their side. The subject receives a link, clicks it, and joins.
Start a call

On your side
Navigate to the Subjects page.
Search for the subject and open their personal page.
Click Live Video in the top-right corner.
In the pop-up, edit the message text as you like, then click Submit.
The live video page opens and waits for the subject to connect.
What the subject does
Clicks the link.
Accepts camera and microphone access.
Then, back on your side
You see the notification Subject is available.
Click Start Meeting Now.
š” Tip: you can minimize the video call and keep navigating the study using the logo, so you can look at the subject's data while talking to them. You can also start a call directly from an eCRF or an eConsent page, which is usually faster than going back to the subject list.
End a call

Either you or the subject selects Leave Meeting.
You see Subject is unavailable.
Exit the call.
