Datacapt allows you to translate eCRF forms, ePRO questionnaires, and eConsent documents into over 85 languages. This ensures that participants, regardless of their location or language, can fully understand and complete study materials.
Translations are especially useful for multi-centre or multi-country studies, helping maintain consistency and compliance across all sites.
In the Translation tab, you can choose to work on:
eConsent only
eCRF only
ePRO only
All three at once
When a translation is completed, it appears in green. Any remaining untranslated text appears in red. You can add as many translations as necessary.

Choose the default language.
Add a new language.
Translate all strings and sentences manually.
Follow the progress until all translations are complete.
