Run Randomisation in a Live Study

Once the study is "Live" and your randomisation configuration is finalised, you can start allocating participants.

How to allocate a subject

  1. Add a new subject to the study.

  2. Complete eligibility checks in the relevant forms.

  3. Open the form containing the randomisation action.

  4. Click Randomise and confirm.
    The system assigns the next available slot based on your configuration.

View randomisation details

The randomisation information are displayed:

  • eCRF inclusion dashboard (list view)

  • eCRF details

  • eCRF export

  • ePRO dashboard (randomisation ID only)

  • eConsent dashboard (randomisation ID only)

Note: Randomisation IDs are incremental (e.g., R-0001) and combined with the Subject ID to uniquely identify participants.
