What if I can't find my student's name on the Dashboard?

Some districts upload a roster file to the Daybreak systems that allows you to search for a student record by name.

However, in some cases that student's information may not (yet) be in the system. If you don't see student information in your dashboard, that's ok!

Select "Create and refer a student record not (yet) in Daybreak." You'll be asked to provide the student's contact information, all available in your district's student information system.

From here, the referral process will remain the same!
