Getting Started With Appointments Marketing Suite

📝 Overview

The DaySmart Appointments Marketing Suite is accessed through your Site Admin account via single sign-on (SSO). This article covers logging in for the first time, inviting your team, and taking your first steps in the platform.


🔑 How to Access the DaySmart Marketing Suite

Access the Marketing Suite via Site Admin with automatic SSO login, or accept email invites. Invite unlimited team members with customizable role-based permissions.

🔓 Logging In

  1. Select the DaySmart Appointments Marketing Suite tab with Site Administration

  2. Select Log in to Marketing Suite - you'll be automatically logged in via SSO (no additional password required). Your Site Admin login credentials are the same ones you use every day. The Suite recognizes you automatically.

📧 Via Email Invite

If you've received an email invite to the Marketing Suite, simply click the link in the email. You'll be taken directly into the platform and prompted to set up your access.

👥 Inviting Your Team to the Suite

The Suite offers unlimited seats, so you can invite as many team members as you need. The team member will receive an email invitation. Once they click the link, they'll be logged into the Suite automatically via SSO.

  1. Log into the Marketing Suite.

  2. Go to Administration > User Management.

  3. Click Invite User.

  4. Enter the team member's email address.

  5. Select their role (e.g., Admin, Manager, Team Member — roles determine what they can access and edit).

  6. Click Send Invite.


🔑 Understanding User Roles

Understand your role-based permissions and navigate core platform features: conversations, CRM, campaigns, AI, automations, and executive reporting.

Admin

Full access to all features, settings, and administration functions. Can invite users, manage configurations, and view all reports.

Manager

Can create and manage campaigns, view conversations, and manage CRM contacts. Cannot access administration settings or user management.

Team Member

Can view conversations, participate in the CRM, and send individual messages. Cannot create campaigns or access admin features.

Your First Steps in the Platform

Once you're logged in, take a moment to explore. The left-hand menu is your map:

  • Home — Your landing dashboard

  • Conversations — Every chat, across channels (web, SMS, email), in one place

  • CRM — Contacts, companies, activities, opportunities, tasks, and forms

  • AI — Your receptionist, capabilities, and knowledge base

  • Campaigns — Email and SMS marketing campaigns

  • Executive Report — High-level metrics and reporting

  • My Products — See which products are enabled for your

    account

  • Automations — Set up trigger-based workflows

  • Administration — Account settings, phone configuration, and team management
