📝 Overview
Web forms are an easy way to capture lead information, register attendees, collect feedback, or build your newsletter list. The Suite includes pre-built templates, or you can design your own, and embed them directly into your website.
➕ Creating & Customizing Forms in Your CRM
Go to CRM > Forms to view and manage all your forms.
🗒️ Using a Pre-Built Form Template
The Suite comes with ready-made form templates for common use cases:
Welcome / Lead Capture

Contact Request
To use a template:
Click Use Template.

✏️ Building Your Own Form
If you'd prefer to create a custom form from scratch:
Click the + box to Create Form.
Add a Form Name, then click Create.
Add Sections (Ex: "Contact Information," "Service Inquiry").
Add Fields and customize field labels and decide which are required (name, email, phone, etc.).
Design your submit button text and confirmation message.
Click Save.
📋 Form Fields & Customization
Each field can be configured with:
Field Type — Text input, email, phone, dropdown, checkbox, text area, date picker, file upload
Required vs. Optional — Decide which information you must collect
Conditional Logic — Show/hide fields based on previous answers (advanced)
Custom Labels — Label each field in your own words
🔗 Getting Your Embed Code
Once your form is saved, you can embed it on your website.
This code can be pasted into:
WordPress websites
GoDaddy, Wix, Squarespace pages
Custom HTML sites
Any page that lets you edit the HTML
Provide the embed code to website management, and they'll drop it in.
⚙️ Form Submissions & Automation
Every form submission automatically creates a contact in your CRM. You can also set up automations to react to form submissions — for example, send a welcome email or SMS, or redirect the user to a specific page.
To set up an automation:
Select the Automations tab on the left.
Click Create Automation.
Choose Form Submission Notification as the trigger, then click Use Template.
Define the action (send email, send SMS, redirect to URL).
Click Save.
🧠 Example: When someone fills out your "Newsletter Sign-up" form, automatically send them a welcome email with your latest blog post link.
