I live in the Pacific, but I can’t see the XPF option. Why?

Let’s check a few things:

  1. App version – Make sure you’re using:

    • Deblock app version 3.1.2 or newer on iPhone

    • Deblock app version 3.0.11 or newer on Android

  2. Your location – This feature only appears if your country is set to French Polynesia, New Caledonia, or Wallis and Futuna.

  3. Just moved to the Pacific? The app will show the option once your location updates. Just make sure your account information is up to date.
