What are the limits and fees for ATM withdrawals?

You can withdraw money from any ATM connected to the VISA network (even abroad) using your Deblock card – the limits and free withdrawals depend on your plan. Here's how it works:

Standard Plan

  • You can take out up to €15,000/month

  • Includes 1 free withdrawal or up to €100/month without any Deblock fees

  • Daily limit: €1,000

  • After that: 1% fee on the amount withdrawn (minimum €1)

Premium & Native Plans

  • You’re covered for up to €30,000/month

  • Includes 5 free withdrawals or up to €1,000/month without any Deblock fee

  • Daily limit: €1,000

  • After that: 1% fee on the amount withdrawn (minimum €1)

What happens after the free limit?

A 1% Deblock fee applies to the amount withdrawn, with a minimum of €1 per withdrawal. This fee will appear as a separate charge in your transaction history right after the ATM transaction.

⚠️ Got an unexpected charge? It may not be from us.

  • Some ATM operators add their own surcharge, regardless of your plan or free allowance - this fee is set by the ATM operator and is completely outside of Deblock's control

  • You'll always see it on the ATM screen before you confirm, so you can cancel if you don't want to pay it

  • A Deblock fee always shows as a separate line item in your transaction history - if you don't see one, the charge came from the ATM operator, not us

Note: Some ATM operators may charge their own fees - and that's completely out of our control. These extra fees usually show up directly on the ATM screen before you confirm the withdrawal.

🌍 Withdrawing abroad?

You might see a screen asking whether you want to be charged in your home currency (EUR) or the local one. This is called DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion).

👉 Always pick the local currency (not EUR) - it usually gives you a better exchange rate and avoids extra conversion fees from the ATM provider.
