Deblock charges no fees for card payments 💳.
However, if the merchant is charging you in a currency that you don't hold in your account, a fee applies for the necessary currency exchange. The exchange itself is performed automatically and instantly by the card issuer.
You get a free allowance first though:
Everyone gets €500/month with zero FX markup
After that, fees depend on your plan:
Standard: 0.5% on weekdays, 1% on weekends
Premium: 0% markup — always, including weekends
💡 Previously, a 0.5% markup applied to all FX spending and was refunded at year-end. That's now been replaced with this monthly allowance system — so you benefit straight away every month instead.
