Please check your emails to see if you’ve received a message confirming that your card has been shipped, which should also include a tracking number.
If you’ve only received an email indicating that your card is being printed, this means your card is still being created, which can explain the delay.
As soon as your card is shipped, you’ll receive a second email with the tracking number.
