We’ve started shipping the Moana and Teitei cards in October.
When ordering a card, first, you'll receive an email indicating that your card is being printed. This means it’s currently being created.
Then, once you receive an email confirming that your card has been shipped (including a tracking number), delivery can take up to one month. This is the standard timeframe for French overseas territories.
The app will display an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect.
In the meantime, you don’t have to wait to start using your card. You can request a virtual card directly in the app and add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay right away.
That way, you can start making payments while your physical card is on the way.
