In crypto terms, a hard fork or refers to a significant change to the protocols of a blockchain network. In more detail, a hard fork splits a single cryptocurrency into two and can results in the different validation protocols of blocks and transactions that were previously valid or invalid. As such, it requires that all developers upgrade to the latest version of the protocol software.
Frequently, it results in a new cryptocurrency, and the "old" one continues to exist.
If one of the tokens you hold within your Deblock account goes through a hard fork, Deblock will inform you about what's going to happen, especially if we are going to support any new cryptocurrencies and what happens with the "old" one.
