Reviews are a great way to engage with customers and get feedback on their purchases, their shopping experience, or their views on the brand. To get this feedback, it helps to send review request emails to your customers soon after they've made a purchase.
In the Debutify Reviews app, you can set your preferences for when to send review request emails and reminders. Make sure you set up DKIM and the return path to avoid these request emails being mistaken for spam.

How to Set Up Review Request Emails
STEP 1
From the Dashboard, click on Collect Reviews.
STEP 2
Click on Automatic Requests.
STEP 3
Click on Enable Feature.
STEP 4
Decide when review requests should be triggered. Automatic review requests are sent on Fulfilment.
STEP 5
Set a deadline for when review requests are sent for domestic and international orders.
STEP 6
Set your domestic country.
How to Verify Email Settings
STEP 1
From the Dashboard, click on Emails.
STEP 2
Click on Email Settings.
STEP 3
Add the sender's name and email address - once verified, this will be the sender's detail in the email request.
STEP 4
Click on Branding to add a company logo that will appear in the emailed review requests.
