Requesting a review update after you have resolved an issue or cleared a misunderstanding is much better than asking reviewers to change or delete their reviews to maintain your brand's reputation.
With the update, ask the reviewer to include the corrective actions you've taken.
Store owners can create a template to privately request a review update or reply to the reviewer by email or publicly on the product page.
How to Request a Review Update
STEP 1
In the Debutify Reviews admin, click on Reviews to open the list of reviews.
STEP 2
Click on the reply button.
STEP 3
Click on Request Review Update.
STEP 4
Type the request for a Review Update - the reviewer will receive the request via email.
STEP 5
Click Request Review Update to send.
