Adding variables allows you to customize your email templates, creating personalized, conversational emails that customers read and respond to.
Having email templates makes it easier to create a seamless journey for customers to submit product reviews and you can add rewards as an incentive for reviewers.
How to Add Variables to Email Templates
STEP 1
From the Reviews App dashboard, click on Emails.
STEP 2
Click on Email Templates.
STEP 3
Click Create Template to start from scratch.
Or click on the ellipsis to open the option to Customize an existing template.
Click on Customize.
STEP 4
Click on Variables to start customizing the email template.
STEP 5
Copy variables and paste them into the block.
STEP 6
Click on Settings to modify the template settings.
STEP 7
Add/Modify a name for the Email template.
STEP 8
Select a group to categorize the template.
STEP 9
Edit the Email Subject line.
STEP 10
Click Save to apply the changes.
