In Debutify Review email templates are easy-to-use drag-and-drop blocks to design your review request emails.
Reviews are a way to connect with customers and get feedback on their experience with your store or product. Customize email templates, by adding variables in the blocks, allows store owners to create personalized, conversational emails that customers will want to read and respond to.
Create a seamless journey for your customers to submit product reviews to build social proof that will drive traffic that converts to sales.
How to Design Email Templates?
STEP 1
Login to your Debutify Reviews account, and on the right side, open the Email tab, then click on Email Templates.
STEP 2
Click the Create Template button to start designing a new email template.
STEP 3
Enter a Template Name, select a Group Category, and input an Email Subject. Once these details are filled in, click Create Template to proceed.
STEP 4
You’ll be directed to the Template Creator where you can design your email template. The editor provides various blocks on the left panel under Debutify Blocks and Content. You can drag and drop these blocks (e.g., Shop Review, Review Form, Brand Image, Text, Image, Button, etc.) to position them as desired in the template.

On the right side under Configuration, you can adjust the settings of the recent picked block like:
Width
Theme Settings, including Font Family, Font Size, Line Height, Font Weight, Text Color, and Background colors to match your brand's style.
Text and links.
STEP 6
To personalize your email, click on Variables at the top. Variables are placeholders that dynamically pull information from your store's backend, allowing you to customize the email content for each recipient. For example:
{{ customer_first_name }}– First name of the buyer.{{ order_fulfilled_day }}– Date when the order was fulfilled.{{ product_title }}– Title of the product.
Select the desired variables to add them to the template, helping you create a more personalized and relevant email for each customer.
STEP 7
Click Save Template to apply the changes.
How to Edit Email Templates?
STEP 1
Navigate to Email templates
STEP 2
Choose a template to edit and click on the ellipsis for the option to customize the template.
STEP 3
Edit the template using the building blocks, and variables, or change the settings.
STEP 4
Click Save to apply the changes to the template.
