Store owners can set reviews to automatically publish unless they prefer to monitor each review manually.
Publishing both good and bad reviews shows that you aren't trying to create any false impressions about your brand. We do recommend that you protect your store from spam reviews and block profanity to avoid offending others. As the store owner, you can reply to reviews, either privately or publicly.
How to Automatically Publish Reviews
STEP 1
In the Debutify Reviews App Dashboard, click on Manage Reviews.
STEP 2
Select Review Settings.
STEP 3
Specify the criteria for what reviews will be published automatically. Toggle the button to enable the profanity filter.
STEP 4
Toggle the button if you wish to automatically publish reviews.
STEP 5
Set the minimum star rating to be automatically published.
STEP 6
Choose whether you will allow reviews with profanity.
Review publishing can now be customized according to your needs. When requirements are not met, it becomes pending and you need to take action within 14 days. A review will automatically be published if you do not take action.
