Replying to store reviews is an opportunity for store owners to acknowledge any pain points while offering to discuss any remedies and thank reviewers.

Store reviews help to create an impression of your brand. Responding to both negative and positive reviews will help to maintain your brand reputation.

Public replies will be seen on the product page or you can send private replies via email. It also helps to ask reviewers to update their reviews after the issue is resolved, to show you are attentive.


How to Reply to Reviews Publicly in the Reviews Widget

STEP 1

In the Debutify Review admin, click on Manage Reviews to open the list of reviews.

STEP 2

Click on Reviews.

STEP 3

Click on the ellipsis of the review to reply to.

STEP 4

Click on Reply.

STEP 5
Select the option to reply Publicly.

STEP 6

Write the public reply.

STEP 7

Click Send.
