Store reviews help to create an impression of your brand. Responding to both negative and positive reviews will help to maintain your brand reputation.
Public replies will be seen on the product page or you can send private replies via email. It also helps to ask reviewers to update their reviews after the issue is resolved, to show you are attentive.
How to Reply Publicly to Store Reviews?
STEP 1
Navigate to Manage Reviews, then click on Reviews.
STEP 2
Find the specific review you want to reply to, click on the ellipsis (⋮) icon, and select Reply.
STEP 3
Under the reply settings, select 'Publicly' so your response will be visible to all visitors. Write your reply in the text box provided, ensuring it is clear, professional, and aligns with your brand voice.
STEP 4
Click Send.
