Instead of replying publicly, store owners can reply privately to store reviews. This is an opportunity to be empathetic to customers and to resolve any issues or misunderstandings, thank reviewers, or request review updates.
Unlike public replies that are published on the product page, replying to reviews by email remains private.
How to Reply Privately to Store Reviews
STEP 1
In the Debutify Review admin, click on Manage Reviews to open the list of reviews.
STEP 2
Click on Reviews.
STEP 3
Click on the ellipsis of the review to reply to.
STEP 4
Click on Reply.
STEP 5
Select the option to reply Privately.
STEP 6
Write the reply.
STEP 7
Click Send.
