The Audience tab gives you a live dashboard of everyone who has ever interacted with your Delphi. It lets you turn raw conversations into insight—so you can serve people better and advance Delphi’s mission to democratize mentorship.

Sync with your CRM — push or pull contacts to HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, ConvertKit, or Beehive without leaving Delphi.
Filter instantly — slice the list by tags, time frames, message ranges, opt-in status, and more.
Sort for insight — reorder by name, messages, or last activity to spot patterns fast.
Search by name — jump straight to any user with the search bar.
Bulk-edit tags — add or remove labels across many users in one action.
Revoke or grant access — manage who can reach your Delphi with one click.
Open rich profiles — view full conversation history, contact info, and custom notes for each person.

Quick Start Guide
Follow these six steps to get instant value from the Audience tab.
Open the Audience tab — find it in the left sidebar.
Toggle to Active — click Active to view only people who have sent at least one message.
Sort by Messages (desc.) — click the three dots next to the “Messages” header and select "descending" to surface your most engaged users.
Sort by Last Active (desc.) — click the three dots next to “Last Active” and select "descending" to see who spoke with Delphi most recently.
Filter by Membership Tier — open the filter icon (
) → check desired tiers → Apply.
Invite a new user — hit Invite, enter an email, and click Send 1 Invite.
Open a user profile — click any name to view conversation history, contact info, and notes.
Manage access — inside the profile, hit Revoke Access (or Grant Access) to control entry.
Follow these steps and you’ll identify engaged members, grow your list, and take action in minutes.

The people counter displays the exact number of users shown in the table—it updates automatically when you switch toggles or apply filters.

What it does
Sends one‑off email invitations that create a new record in your Audience list and mark the contact as Invited until they interact.
How to use it
Click Invite.
In the pop‑up field, type an email address. Press Enter or click the plus (+) icon to add it as a chip.
Repeat for additional addresses—each chip can be removed with x if you change your mind.
Review the blue Send Invites button; the number updates to match the email count.
Click Send Invites. Delphi immediately emails each contact and adds them to the table with status Invited.
Monitor engagement: when an invitee sends their first message, they automatically shift to Active.

What it does
Keeps your Delphi audience and your external CRM fully aligned—new contacts flow in, tags and custom fields stay fresh, and activity can trigger campaigns on either side.

How to use it
Click Sync CRM (left of the state toggle).
Select a provider from the list. A secure OAuth window opens.

What it does
Instantly changes which users appear in the table so you can focus on a specific engagement state—no need to clear filters or reload the page.
How to use it
Locate the toggle bar just to the left of the Filter icon (
)
Click one of the four options:
All – every record in your Delphi audience, including both Active and Invited users.
Active – users who have sent at least one message.
Invited – contacts who received an email invite but haven’t interacted yet.
Revoked – users whose access has been disabled.
The table and the People counter refresh instantly to show the matching count.
Layer on additional filters (e.g., membership tier, tags) or sorts (e.g., Last Active) to drill down further within that state.

The Filter icon () lets you zoom in on exactly the users you need.
Filter | How to use it | Why it matters |

Pick one or more filters.
Click Apply to refresh the list.
Need a clean slate? Hit Clear → Apply or Unselect the checkboxes for any given filter. Alternatively, press Reset to wipe every choice.
Now your list shows only the users who match—all set for outreach or analysis.

The Search bar lets you pinpoint one person without scrolling.
Click the magnifying glass icon (🔍) in the top-right corner.
Type a name; results narrow as you type.
Use search whenever you know who you need and speed matters.

Tip: Combine sort with filters to zoom in on “high-message + recent” superfans or “inactive + paid” members who need a nudge.

Bulk actions keep you efficient when groups need the same change.
Select your group
Check the box in the header row to grab everyone on-screen.
Or tick boxes beside specific users.
Edit tags in bulk
Click Edit Tags in the bar at the bottom of the screen
Add or remove tags, then press Save Changes.
Review the pop-up summary → Confirm Update.
A green check in the bottom right corner indicates success.
Revoke (or grant) access in bulk
With users still selected, hit Revoke Access.
Confirm the number in the dialog.
Bulk edits let you label cohorts, enforce rules, and keep Delphi’s community safe—all in seconds.

Opening a profile reveals everything Delphi knows about that user.

Conversations | Click this button to be taken to their conversations in the conversations tab. |

If a user says they can't reach your Delphi, first open their profile and look for a red “Grant Access” button. If access was revoked—by you or a bulk action—click Grant Access to restore entry instantly. If access is already granted, verify the user’s login method and share the correct link to your Delphi.
How do I find my most engaged users?
How do I find my most engaged users?
To find your most engaged users, sort the Messages column twice to put the highest counts on top. Optionally filter for “Last 30 days” to spotlight recent power users. Review these profiles for feedback, testimonials, or beta-testing opportunities.

Currently, you cannot export the user database. Instead, use filters to narrow the list, then copy key columns or connect Delphi to your CRM.

To store personal notes about a user, use the User Info tab in their profile. Type your note—e.g., “Interested in leadership podcasts”—and click Add. The new entry appears at the top. Edit or delete notes anytime to keep context fresh.
