Overview
The Conversations tab is your command center. From one screen, you review every chat your users have with your Delphi, edit any reply, translate messages, and open full user profiles.
Why it matters:
Protect quality. Edit any Delphi response to correct mistakes, add knowledge where it's lacking, and reinforce your unique voice.
Train your Delphi. Every revision becomes training data, sharpening future answers.
Gain insight. See how and when users engage, asking what kinds of questions and having what types of conversations.
Coach smarter. Scan past chats before a session to spot knowledge gaps and tailor guidance.
By seeing the full story in one place, you guide each learner with confidence and uphold Delphi’s mission to democratize mentorship.
