Delphi at a Glance

What is Delphi?

Delphi is a company that lets you create an interactive, digital representation of your mind. By uploading your content—from videos and podcasts to written materials and social media—Delphi captures not just what you know, but how you think and communicate. This digital representation can then have personalized conversations with others, helping you scale your impact while maintaining the quality of your guidance. 🚀

What is MY Delphi?

Your Delphi is your always-available digital presence, ready to share your wisdom through personalized conversations with your audience. By drawing upon your uploaded content— documents, videos, podcasts, social media posts, and more—it understands your unique perspective and communication style. It's like having a way to be there for every person who needs your guidance, while ensuring each interaction reflects your authentic voice and expertise. ✨

How does Delphi work?

Delphi works in three simple steps:

  • First, you train your Delphi by uploading content: social media posts, voice notes, written materials, and more.

  • Then, your Delphi analyzes this content to understand your particular perspectives and reasoning patterns. Along the way, you can fine-tune its engagement style—whether as a Socratic guide, warm mentor, or something entirely unique.

  • Once configured, you can embed your Delphi anywhere online, enabling personalized conversations that scale your knowledge effortlessly. 🌐

What can I do with my Delphi?

Your Delphi is a powerful tool for both professional impact and personal reflection.

For professionals and creators, you can embed it on your website for 24/7 personalized support, integrate it into courses or communities for ongoing mentorship, qualify leads through SMS or web chat, and even monetize it with premium access. It can also help maintain consistency in team decision-making, generate ads read in your voice, and enrich your CRM with audience insights.

On a personal level, your Delphi can help organize your thoughts, document life experiences interactively, or preserve your wisdom for future generations. Whether you're scaling your expertise or capturing your personal journey, your Delphi helps you extend your impact while saving valuable time. ⏳

Can I monetize my Delphi?

Yes, you can monetize your Delphi through paid membership tiers, pay-as-you-go pricing for messages and calls, or by promoting your products during conversations. Simply connect your Stripe account to start accepting payments and use your dashboard to track revenue and subscriber metrics. 💰

Creating & Training Your Delphi

How much time does it take to train my Delphi?

At minimum, it takes 10 minutes to train your Delphi—this is if you already have all your content organized and then are satisfied with the initial version of your Delphi. But realistically, the process takes a few hours for most people. Training your Delphi requires first collecting the right content, then refining how it speaks (even if the content it's citing is perfect, the way it conveys that content may not sound how you want it to), and finally adjusting "cherry-on-top" settings like monetization and alerts to get the most out of the platform. The more time you invest, the more impactful your Delphi becomes. 💪

What if I don't have a lot of content to upload?

It's not a problem if you don't have a lot of content to upload! We’re launching Interview Mode soon, where you’ll be able to answer personalized questions to continuously expand your Delphi's knowledge about you.

In the meantime, try to just speak into a microphone about your life experience or answer general questions about yourself like you're in an interview! Then, upload those audio files and you'll be good to go. 🔥

What types of content work best for training?

Delphi works best with text-based content that can be copied and pasted—like text from a Word document, PDF, or website—since it can be replicated exactly as written. If your content is in images, scans, or handwritten notes, you may need to convert it to a selectable text format first.

Audio content (MP4 files) also works well, as long as your voice is clear above background noise—Delphi transcribes the audio into text for training. If you have videos, you can extract the audio as an MP4 to use them for training, too. 🎧

Can I edit or update my Delphi after I create it?

Absolutely, you can edit or update your Delphi after you create it! In fact, we fully expect people to update and refine their Delphi. You can upload new content, adjust its tone and responses, and fine-tune other settings whenever you want. Your Delphi evolves with you, ensuring it always reflects your latest knowledge and communication style. 🔄

Usage Considerations

Can I create a Delphi of someone else?

Yes, you can create a Delphi of someone else, but only with their clear and unambiguous permission. You cannot create a Delphi of another person without their consent—we take impersonation very seriously. However, assistants, team members, or authorized representatives can help set up a Delphi on someone’s behalf, as long as they have explicit approval. 🔒

Can I create a Delphi for a fictional persona or “fake avatar”?

No, you cannot create a Delphi for a fictional persona or "fake avatar." Instead, Delphi only supports real individuals who consent to having their knowledge and voice preserved.

Why we limit Delphis to real people

  • Authenticity fuels trust – Users engage more when they know a genuine person stands behind the guidance.

  • Clear ownership & consent – Only the individual can grant rights to their likeness, voice, and ideas, reducing legal gray areas.

  • Preventing impersonation – Restricting Delphis to verified humans protects against misuse of brands, trademarks, or copyrighted characters.

  • Mission alignment – Our goal is to democratize human mentorship, scaling real expertise rather than fictional narratives.

Want to represent a company?
Pick an actual spokesperson—founder, CEO, or in-house expert—and create a Delphi around them. That keeps the experience personal, credible, and fully compliant with our policies.

Does Delphi work in different languages?

Yes, Delphi does work in different language! Delphi is a global platform, and we prioritize supporting as many languages as possible. You can set a default language during training and enable Multiple Languages Mode, allowing Delphi to respond in the language users engage with. For voice calls, users can select their preferred language to ensure seamless interactions.

We maintain a list of supported languages for text-based conversations, voice calls, content understanding, and transcription in our documentation, though availability varies by category. See the list of supported languages here. 🌍

What languages does Delphi support?

Your Delphi recognizes dozens of languages, but the exact list changes with two factors:

  • Format – written text or spoken audio

  • Purpose – live conversations or background training

These factors create four language buckets.

Bucket

What it means

Example

Text conversations

Customers type messages that your Delphi answers

A shopper opens your web chat and asks, “Do you ship to Canada?”

Voice conversations

Customers speak with your Delphi on a call

A coaching client taps “Call” in your mobile app and talks through today’s goals

Text training

You upload written material so your Delphi can learn

You drop in blog posts or PDFs to teach your Delphi about your content

Audio training

You upload spoken recordings so your Delphi can learn

You add YouTube webinar MP3s or recorded support calls to deepen your Delphi's expertise

Do I need technical skills to use Delphi?

No, you do not need technical skills to use Delphi! Delphi is designed to be user-friendly, so you don’t need any coding or technical expertise. If you can upload files, tweak settings, and navigate a simple dashboard, you can train and manage your Delphi with ease. 😌

Will responses be personalized to my users?

Yes, responses will be personalized to your users! Delphi auto-personalizes responses for your users. As long as they are logged in, their past interactions are remembered, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience every time they return. If a user is not logged in, their history is temporarily stored in their browser. However, if they clear their cookies, this data may be lost, and Delphi will treat them as a new user. So, for the best experience, we suggest that you require user email in order for people to access your Delphi.

What happens to my data?

You decide who can access your Delphi, and if you unsubscribe, you have the option to export or permanently delete your data. And to keep your information safe, Delphi follows strict security protocols. Data encryption, regular backups, firewalls, and advanced cyber protections ensure your data remains secure. To prevent risks, we also conduct ongoing security tests and updates. For a deeper look at our privacy measures, visit our Trust Center. 🛡️

Is Delphi private and secure?

Yes, Delphi is private and secure—keeping your data safe is our top priority.
