Taking care of new patients before, during, and after their consultation

When prospective patients schedule consultations, my NP Tracker can automatically send reminders, request paperwork, and follow up with your patients afterward!

Using the Tracker is a no-brainer, and here's why:

Before the consultation:

  • I'll send a Welcome message + appointment reminders

  • They'll be put in my Forms message sequence with links to fill out paperwork, including a health history form (each patient will get these timely reminders until they're completed)

Once the appointment is kept:

  • Your remarkable patients will get a Thank You message from YOU (but I'll do the heavy lifting!)

  • I'll ask them to fill out a survey where YOU will be able to see the average answer to each question (when 5+ patients complete it)
