Troubleshooting invalid License Key

If your license key is showing as invalid and you have double-checked that it is the correct license key, you may need to clear your cache on the Bola Desktop App

Follow these simple steps to clear your cache and reset Bola:

  • Close Bola desktop app

  • Press the Windows button and the letter R at the same time. A window should pop up that looks like this:

  • Delete the highlighted text and paste %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Bola Voice Assistant

  • This will take you to the cache folder. Delete the "Cache" folder

  • Start Bola desktop app


If the above does not work-- follow the steps below:

  • Open "File Explorer" by typing File Explorer into your search bar located at the bottom of your computer screen. Double click on the folder.

  • Go to C:\Users

  • Double-click the folder for the user

  • Click on the "Path" in the top middle part of the File Explorer window (where it says This PC > OS (C:) > Users > <user>)

  • Paste in \AppData\Roaming\Bola Voice Assistant, so it should look like C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Bola Voice Assistant , and click Enter

  • Delete the "Cache" folder

  • Start Bola desktop app
