How to Uninstall and Re-install the Bola App

a step-by-step guide on removing and reinstalling the Bola app

If Bola is having performance issues sometimes a hard reset by uninstalling and re-installing the app will help.

**Before doing this, please first try restarting your computer. If that does not solve the problem then take the steps below.

Step 1:Uninstalling the Bola App

  1. Remove your license key:

    1. In your Bola App, Click on the Options Button

    2. At the bottom of the Options Menu click App Info

    3. Copy and Paste your License Key somewhere safe, you will need it later

    4. Click the red Delete License Key Button at the bottom

  2. Navigate to your computer's Settings Menu

    1. Search for "Bola" in your Window's Search Bar

    2. Click on Uninstall in the menu on the right

  3. In the new window that opens, find Bola

    1. Click on the Three Dots to the right of Bola

    2. Select Uninstall

    3. A pop-up will confirm you want to uninstall, click Uninstall again

Step 2: Reinstall the Bola App

    1. Click the green Click to Download button

  1. Click the Download Arrow on the upper right hand corner of your browser window>Click Bola Voice Assistant

  2. When the Bola App opens, paste your license key back into the License Key Box>Check the Terms of Use Box > Click Register:
