Creating and managing Custom Plans

Create personalised treatment bundles for patients on the go!

Create and deliver fully customised treatment plans to your clients directly via the Patient App.

Each Custom Plan is meticulously tailored to the individual client of your choice. You determine the services included in the plan, as well as the pricing structure.

This personalised approach ensures that your clients receive treatment plans aligned with their specific goals, offering them the convenience of purchasing or financing their plan directly through the app—ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and driving increased revenue for your business.


Creating a Custom Plan

Once a custom plan is sent to a patient, s/he will be able to then directly see it inside of their cart, like so:


Managing Custom Plans

⚠️ Custom plans that have already been purchased cannot be edited or deleted.

1. Click on the plan's ellipsis (...).

  • Select 'Delete' plan to permanently remove the custom plan from the app. It will not be accessible after deletion.

  • Select 'Edit' to make changes to the plan.

2. After editing the custom plan, click 'Update plan'. Changes are reflected immediately in the customer's app.

Filtering Custom Plans

Between the search bar and the 'Create custom plan' button, you'll see a dropdown filter for your Custom Plans. Click on it and select from the following options:

All

Default option.
Displays all custom plans created for the business.

Available

Custom Plans currently available for purchase by clients using the app.

Purchased

Custom Plans purchased by clients.

Removed

Indicates Custom Plans that a patient removed from their cart.
