Steps
Go to the Areas tab in your project
Highlight the areas you want to copy (or select all)
Click the Copy button
Select the destination project (or same project)
Choose grouping options:
No grouping: Areas copied as individual items
Group together: Areas grouped under a parent
Choose what to include:
Keep assigned floors: Copy floor assignments
Keep assigned specs: Copy spec associations
Click Copy

Sub-areas copy along with their parent areas
You can copy to the same project to duplicate an area structure
