Steps
Go to the Specs tab in your project
Use the filter dropdowns on the left:
Spec Type: Accessories, Lighting, Furniture
Category: Contractor Furnished, Owner Furnished
Classification: FF&E, Architectural
Area: Guest Rooms, Bar, Lobby
Vendor: Specific vendors
Stage: In Progress, Hidden, Approved
Select filter values
Specs list updates to show only matching items
Combining Filters
You can apply multiple filters at once:
Example: Show all Lighting specs in the Bar area
Example: Show all FF&E items from a specific Vendor
Remove Filters
Click the X next to any filter to remove it and show more specs.

Filter before bulk editing to select specific groups
