Using Report Presets

Save report configurations (settings and filters) for quick reuse

Creating a Preset

  1. Go to the Reports tab

  2. Select a report type

  3. Configure Settings on the right: Show vendor/manufacturer, Highlight revisions in red, Include documents/drawings

  4. Configure Filters: Area, Classification (FF&E, Architectural), Revision date, Category

  5. Click Save (or Save Preset)

  6. Enter a name (e.g., "Bar FF&E")

  7. Save

Using a Preset

  1. Go to the Reports tab

  2. Hover over a report type

  3. Click on a preset name from the dropdown

  4. Report generates with saved settings

Tips

  • Create presets for frequently-generated reports

  • Name presets clearly (include area or category)

  • You can have multiple presets per report type

  • Presets are project-specific

Preset Name Examples

  • "Guest Room Furniture"

  • "Bar FF&E"

  • "All Lighting - Latest Revision"

  • "Client Proposal - No Prices"
