Steps
Go to Dashboard → Global Settings
Click the Reports tab
Select the report to adjust (e.g., Quote Invoice)
Click Add-ons on the left panel
For Cover Page: Select None
For Table of Contents: Select None
Click Save
Result
Future reports of this type will generate without the cover page and/or table of contents.
Tips
This is a global setting—affects all reports of this type
You can remove one but keep the other
To restore, go back and select a cover page or enable table of contents
