The rule
As long as credits remain, the AI runs. As soon as the balance goes negative, the AI stops across your whole account: no more replies or nudges, for any model, until you top up. While the balance is negative, paid AI generations are refused too.
Never mid-sale
The stop never breaks a sale in progress: if a commission takes your balance below zero, the sale still stands and the commission is recorded as debt on your balance. Only after that does the AI pause.
At the precise moment the balance tips over, the Out of funds alert shows on the Notifications page and goes to every Telegram destination you have enabled. This alert cannot be turned off: when the bot stops, you need to know.
What fans see
Nothing unusual: conversations stay as they are, just without AI replies. Messages received during the pause are not lost.
Getting going again
Open Billing and top up your balance (see "Your credits: top-ups and movements").
The top-up settles any debt first (an Arrears settled movement), and the rest becomes your available balance.
The AI restarts automatically: no button to flip. It picks up the waiting conversations and replies to fans who wrote during the pause.
Avoiding the cutoff
Keep a credit buffer proportional to your sales: the more the AI sells, the faster the balance drops.
Make sure your Telegram destinations are set up: the Out of funds alert is your safety net.
The balance is always visible in Billing → Available credits.
