What is commissioned
Desirely takes a commission only on the revenue generated in conversations run by the AI:
Paid media sold by the AI. A paid media sent by the AI, which the fan unlocked. The sale is counted at the precise moment the platform confirms the unlock. Not before, and never on the fan's word alone.
Tips left to the AI. When a fan leaves a tip in a conversation run by the AI, that revenue is commissioned like a sale.
Paid incoming media. On some platforms, the fan pays to send their own media (this is the case on Reveal). When the platform charges for these incoming media, the revenue they generate in a conversation run by the AI is commissioned like a sale.
What is NOT commissioned
Sales you make by hand. If you take over a conversation and sell a piece of content yourself, that sale is not commissioned, even if the AI set the stage. Only the revenue generated by the AI counts.
Fan subscriptions to the creator's page.
Revenue earned outside conversations run by the AI (paid posts on your feed, for example).
How the calculation works
The Desirely commission is not calculated on the price paid by the fan, but on the creator net: what is actually left once the platform's share is removed. Your tier's rate (20% without a tier, 15% on Core, 10% on Pro, 8.5% on Ultra) applies to that net amount.
creator net = price paid by the fan - platform share
Desirely commission = creator net × your tier's rate
The principle is the same for all commissioned revenue: a media sold by the AI, a tip left to the AI, or a paid incoming media.
The platform share is not the same everywhere: the calculation therefore differs between OnlyFans, MYM and Reveal.
On OnlyFans
The platform share withheld is 20% of the price paid by the fan. The commission base is therefore 80% of the sale price.
On MYM
The platform share withheld is 27% of the price paid by the fan. The commission base is therefore 73% of the sale price.
Example with a media unlocked at €10:
Creator net: €10 × 73% = €7.30
Desirely commission depending on the account's tier: No tier (20%): €1.46 · Core (15%): €1.10 · Pro (10%): €0.73 · Ultra (8.5%): €0.62
On Reveal
The price paid by the fan includes VAT: the 20% VAT is deducted first, then Reveal pays the creator 82% of the pre-tax amount. The commission base is therefore 82% of the price excluding VAT, which is about 68.3% of the price paid by the fan.
Example with a media unlocked at €10:
Pre-tax amount: €10 ÷ 1.20 = €8.33
Creator net: €8.33 × 82% = €6.83
Desirely commission depending on the account's tier: No tier (20%): €1.37 · Core (15%): €1.02 · Pro (10%): €0.68 · Ultra (8.5%): €0.58
What to remember
The rate applied is the one of the tier assigned to the platform account at the moment of the sale. If several valid tiers cover the same account, the rate most favorable to you applies.
At the same sale price, the Desirely commission therefore differs slightly between OnlyFans, MYM and Reveal, because the creator net differs. In every case, you are only commissioned on what you actually receive, never on the platform's share.
Where to see each commission
The Transactions page lists each sale with its price and its commission.
Billing → How your credits were used shows each deduction, under the Commission reason.
The commission is deducted from your credit balance the moment the sale happens. If the balance is not enough, the sale still stands and the difference is recorded as debt, settled at your next top-up (see "Out of credits: what happens").
