Your Desirely account lives in an organization: your agency's workspace, with its models, conversations, scripts and billing. You can invite your chatters, managers or partners, each with their own permissions.
Invite a member
Open Organization in the menu.
Click Invite user.
Enter the person's email address and choose the Invitation language.
Pick a Role preset (Admin, Manager or Moderator), then adjust the permissions if needed. You can only grant permissions you have yourself.
Click Send invitation. The person appears in the list as "Invitation pending".
Accept an invitation
The invited person receives an email, but the invitation cannot be accepted from that email: they sign in to app.desirely.co with the same email address that received the invitation (or create their account with that address).
When the app opens, a window asks Join the organization…?: click Accept.
If the window was closed, a badge on Organization shows the invitation: open Organization, then Pending invitations, and click Accept.
Once accepted, you land directly in the organization you joined. Decline is final: to join later, you will need a new invitation.
Permissions
They are set by area: Creators, Conversations, Scripts, Media, Notification channels, Billing and Organization settings. A chatter can, for example, view conversations and send messages without seeing billing. Each member only sees in the menu what their permissions allow.
To change a member's rights, click Edit permissions in the user list.
Careful: Manage member permissions is full control. A member who has it can grant themselves every other permission, billing included.
Several organizations
One account can belong to several organizations, for example yours and the one of an agency that invited you. Switch between them with the organization switcher at the top of the menu. You can also Create organization.
Remove a member or cancel an invitation
These two actions are not available in the app yet. Write to us and we will do it for you.
