Brands & Campaigns

Organize your creative work with brands and campaigns for consistent, efficient design production.

Understanding the Structure

Brands: Your clients or business identities
Campaigns: Projects within each brand
Designs: Individual creatives within campaigns

Creating Brands

Two Methods

1. Website Import

  • Enter a business URL

  • System extracts: name, industry, target audience

  • Automatically captures brand colors

  • Review and edit as needed

2. Manual Creation

  • Add brand name

  • Define primary, secondary, and background colors

  • Describe brand personality

  • Set target audience

Brand Limits by Plan

Freelancer: 10 brands
Agency: Unlimited brands
Legacy Free: 3-15 brands (varies by tier)
Legacy Special: Unlimited brands

Working with Campaigns

Purpose

Separate different projects and maintain organized workflows:

  • Seasonal promotions ("Black Friday", "Summer Sale")

  • Content types ("Social Media", "Email Marketing")

  • Product launches ("New Collection", "Feature Release")

Creating Campaigns

  1. Navigate to your brand

  2. Click the + icon next to brand name

  3. Name your campaign

  4. Add custom instructions

Custom Instructions

Set campaign-specific guidelines that affect all designs:

  • "Use beach and summer themes"

  • "Include our new tagline in all designs"

  • "Focus on product close-ups"

Campaign Limits

Freelancer: 100 campaigns
Agency: Unlimited campaigns
Legacy Free: 30-150 campaigns (varies)
Legacy Special: Unlimited campaigns

Best Practices

Brand Organization:

  • One brand per client

  • Use clear, recognizable names

  • Keep brand colors updated

  • Document brand guidelines

Campaign Strategy:

  • Create campaigns before designing

  • Use descriptive campaign names

  • Add detailed instructions upfront

  • Archive completed campaigns

Workflow Benefits

Consistency: All designs inherit brand colors automatically

Efficiency: Reuse brand settings across campaigns

Organization: Find assets quickly by brand/campaign

Collaboration: Team members understand project context
