What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our vinyl records, but we know that transit can sometimes be rough. If your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we are here to help!

Procedure to follow:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any damage or defect.

  • Required Evidence: To process your claim, please contact us with the following:

  1. Clear photos of the external packaging (even if it doesn't look damaged).

  2. Photos or a short video of the product itself, clearly showing the damage or defect (scratches, warps, or seam splits).

Solutions: Once reviewed, we will offer a solution based on available stock: a replacement, a partial refund for minor cosmetic damage, or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Legal Basis & Conditions: In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, any claim regarding the condition of the goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Beyond this period, the products are deemed compliant and accepted by the customer in their current state. Diggers Factory reserves the right to refuse a claim if visual evidence is not provided or if the damage results from the use of unsuitable playback equipment (e.g., low-end "all-in-one" turntables causing skipping on new heavy pressings).
