We understand how frustrating it can be. Despite all of our efforts to safely package your order, sometimes records may suffer from bad handling when in transit with the carrier.
If your record sleeve is damaged — split seam or folded corners — we can offer you a 20% refund on your order to compensate for this unfortunate situation.
If your vinyl record is damaged — tracks skipping, incorrect labels, warping, scratches or broken — we will be able to provide you with a replacement if the record is still available in one of our warehouses or with a full refund if the project is out of stock.
